Sled in Style is basically a judged toboggan event. It’s not about how fast or how far, it’s how you look doing it. The participants are graded on creativity in both how they look and how they perform while taking a ride down the hill.
Toboggan Relay: A team of between 2 and 4 (any age including adults) have to complete 8 toboggan runs in the shortest time possible. A start line and a finish line will be drawn in the snow to indicate minimum distance you must travel before going back up the hill for the next run. Teammates must use the SAME toboggan/sled and can exchange the sled and take turns as often or as little as they like. 2-3 teams can compete at the same time.
‘FoG Winter Classic’ – This outdoor (mostly adult) hockey game has been going on for about 20 years and will cap off the Winter Family Fun Day. Light Jerseys vs. Dark.
- SAFETY first. Dress appropriately. Wear a helmet!
