Calgary’s City Council will vote on blanket re-zoning of two areas in Glendale at the next Public Hearing:

Bylaw 128D2017 proposes to re-zone 29 Glendale R-C1 lots as M-C1
R-C1: Residential – Contextual One Dwelling
M-C1: Multi Residential Contextual Low Profile – 3 to 4 storeys, 14 metre max

Bylaw 127D2017 proposes to re-zone 33 Glendale R-C1 lots as R-C2
R-C1: Residential – Contextual One Dwelling
R-C2: Residential – Contextual One / Two Dwellings – 2 to 3 storeys, 10 metre max

All Members of the public are invited to speak to advertised agenda items at Council’s Public Hearings.

Each speaker is given five minutes to speak directly to council, in favour or in opposition of the proposed changes.

This is the last opportunity to provide input on the Main Streets re-designation initiative affecting Glendale before City Council votes on the bylaws.
