March 23, 2026: Blanket Rezoning Public Hearing
On December 15, Calgary’s City Council voted to begin the process to repeal blanket rezoning. Council carried the repeal direction 13-2, with Ward 6 Councillor Pantazopoulos in support of the Motion to repeal.
The result of this vote was to direct Administration to prepare an amending bylaw to restore the Land Use Bylaw districts and land use designations of affected parcels to their original state prior to the third reading of 21P2024 (Citywide Rezoning).
