The 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) for Glendale/Glendale Meadows Community Association – GGMCA will be held on Sept 11, 2024, at The Hall – 4500 25th Avenue SW, starting at 7PM sharp.

If you are interested in presenting to the board and attendees of the annual meeting, your spot on the agenda must be reserved in advance. Contact the GGMCA Board President to request your spot.

To vote at the 2024 AGM you must be a current (paid) member of GGMCA. There will be voting on new members to directors, and for new members at large. Read more about the roles on our Board Roles page. When you arrive at the AGM, you will check in at the reception table, and you will be confirmed as a member and assigned voting cards. If you are not a GGMCA member, you will not be eligible to vote on matters that require a vote. All voting specifics are outlined in the GGMCA BYLAWS.

If your membership has lapsed, you can renew online. If there are any questions about your GGMCA general membership, you can email those questions to the GGMCA Membership Coordinator.
