if you would like to handwrite in the form, right click on it and send a copy to your printer. You can fill in the form, take a picture of the filled in form and send to garden@myglendale.ca as an attachment, just like you sent us a picture of your garden but it’s your form instead.

Alternatively, you can directly fill in the form by saving a copy to your device and opening that saved copy. You should be able to click on the fields in the form and type in your information. Save the form and send it as an attachment inn email to garden@myglendale.ca.
