Our rates for 2024-2025
If you’re interested in booking the hall+kitchen, the Boardroom (flex space), or ‘all the hall’ for your upcoming event, click on the space type you need, and follow the links to submit a request for rental.
Note that your submitting a request does not mean you have rented the space for the date you are inquiring about, there are more steps involved.
First, submit a rental request. The Rental Coordinator will review your request and contact you with next steps, which could include that we are unable to accommodate your request due to our facilities have a booking conflict, or your event may not be suitable for our facility.
The Rental Coordinator needs a couple of days (2) to assess your request. They will reach out to you with a response via email first as soon as they can.
You can now relax a bit, knowing you have started the process of renting The Hall in Glendale, and we are working on our end to ensure your event happens here.
A Security Deposit of $500 is required at contract signing, typically returned seven days after the post event review is completed.
Our Rental Rates do not include a cleaning fee, and are subject to GST.

Full Day 10 AM – 2 PM $1050
Afternoon 10 AM – 4 PM $600

8 AM to 5 PM – $50 /hr

Wedding Weekend $2500+GST
The entire hall is yours for the whole weekend. This weekend package is great for weddings, family reunions, small retreats, private corp events and more.

The Glendale Hall occupancy capacity for events is 210 people standing or 150 seated.
